Accademia del Lusso participates in the Erasmus+ program, offering a range of mobility opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. We are committed to promoting international cooperation, student exchange, and the development of knowledge, cultural exchange, and professional growth.
The Erasmus+ program, established by the European Parliament and Council on November 15, 2006, includes initiatives that strengthen cooperation and mobility between educational institutions in Europe. Accademia del Lusso holds the ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) valid until 2027, allowing us to participate in the Erasmus program and offer funding opportunities for:

Admission of Incoming Students
Accademia del Lusso’s Erasmus Office manages the admission procedure for incoming students based on bilateral agreements, in accordance with the rules and deadlines of the Erasmus program. The application process involves the following steps:
- Contact the International Relations Officer at your university
Ensure that there is a bilateral agreement between your university and Accademia del Lusso. - Submit Application Documents

Once accepted, students will receive an official Acceptance Letter and all relevant information. - Inform Us About Your Arrival
It is important to inform the Erasmus Office of your arrival time to receive all the relevant academic services information. - Finalize Course Selection
Upon arrival, students will choose courses with the support of departmental coordinators and student representatives. It will also be possible to prepare the timetable, which will be available online.
Language Requirements:
Students must have at least a B1 level of proficiency in the English or Italian language to participate in Accademia del Lusso’s courses.

NON-EU STUDENTS
If you are a student from a non-EU country and wish to pursue your studies in Italy, you will need to apply for a study visa at the Italian Consulate or Embassy in your home country. We recommend starting the process as soon as possible, as the visa application may take several weeks or months, and you may be required to submit numerous documents.
While the procedures may vary slightly depending on your country of origin, the following documents are generally required:
For admission to a First-Level Academic Course:
- Original certificate of secondary school qualification, obtained with at least 12 years of schooling, or a substitute certificate according to the regulations in your country.
- Certificate proving the successful completion of any academic eligibility test, as required by your country’s education system, along with proof of enrollment.
- Declaration of Value or a certificate of comparability issued by the competent authorities.
- Two recent photographs (one of which must be authenticated by the competent Italian Representation).
- If applicable, a letter of eligibility for enrollment in the Accademia del Lusso or equivalent.
- Complete the online “pre-registration application” procedure through the Universitaly website.
For admission to a Second-Level Academic Course:
- A university degree or post-secondary diploma obtained from an institution of higher education that qualifies you for admission to a subsequent cycle of studies.
- An official certificate from your university showing the exams taken, the relevant syllabi, and the academic credentials obtained. If applicable, the Diploma Supplement may be a valid document to support your previous studies.
- Two recent photographs (one of which must be authenticated by the competent Italian Representation).
- If necessary, a letter of eligibility for enrollment in the Accademia del Lusso or equivalent.
- Complete the online “pre-registration application” procedure through the Universitaly website.
For admission to a Foundation Year:
- The pre-registration procedures for the Foundation Year are directly dependent on the specific timing of the chosen course. You can submit your enrollment application directly to the Accademia del Lusso. Once accepted, you will need to apply for a study visa at the Italian Representation in your home country, with validity matching the duration of the course.
- Complete the online “pre-registration application” procedure through the Universitaly website.

If you are a student from a European Union (EU) country, the European Economic Area (EFTA), San Marino, or Vatican City, you do not need a visa to study in Italy.
